Parkway Management and Construction Services Ltd. has been in business for 14 years doing mainly commercial contracting. We are a locally-based company in Halifax, Nova Scotia and typically do work in the HRM area.
Our team is comprised of industry professionals who are extremely accessible and reliable. If a time should arise where an additional professional is needed, we immediately bring in skilled people such as designers and engineers to assist with the project. We also have support service resources in fields such as electrical, mechanical, and structural.
We are focused on organization here at Parkway. We always plan first and offer you sketches and estimates that will help you get a better feel for the job being done. We will essentially work up a full project plan so that the job will be done quickly and efficiently while still maintaining the utmost of quality. We will warn you of the possible pitfalls the project may encounter throughout construction and come up with ways to solve these issues. Furthermore, you will always be as much involved as you would like to be with your project – personal service is our specialty.
Once we have completed a project we clean up immediately so that the space can be used to its full potential as soon as possible. Our work is guaranteed for one year after the date of completion. If there are any concerns at all, all you have to do is call us.
We are fully insured and all of our sub trades are registered and certified.
