This was an eight week project which started with the demolition of the existing area. Being a dental clinic the underground mechanical and electrical was extensive which required concrete cutting and restoration. Build up consisted of new t-bar ceilings, steel stud and drywall. Ceiling areas had to be reinforced for overhead lighting and in ceiling t.v.’s. In addition one room was lead lined due to the x-ray equipment requirements. Some cabinetry was existing, however additional millwork was required.
