Construction consisted of the demolition of an old laundromat and subsequent renovation to add additional capacity to the existing restaurant.
The new area is multi-purposed: the morning caters to special coffees and pastries, the afternoon serves as an extension of the upper restaurant, and in the evening it becomes a full sports bar.
The project was completed in eight weeks, was professionally designed, and had the constant participation of the owner.
