The owner had requested that some exterior items be repaired and updated. The chimney enclosure had the corners replaced with solid PVC trim and some of the Cape Cod siding was replaced and the enclosure was painted.
The lattice unit was demolished with the two main posts left intact. The unit was rebuilt with cedar and white vinyl lattice inserts.
Various pieces of the Cape Code trim were repaired and replaced. One area required major work due to water infiltration and damage.
