Property was a multi rental unit and occupied at the time of the fire. The restoration was done in two phases. The first would include the completion of structural repairs and all the exterior finishes. All new windows were installed and also any windows which did not meet egress were upgraded.
The second phase was to restore the interior to where it was prior to the fire. The entire electrical system was replaced along with new service entrance panels, unit panels along with data. HRV systems were installed in each unit. All separating walls and ceilings were completed as per code. Some interior finishes were left in tact where possible and others were replaced.
A complete new set of front entry stairs were installed along with new metal handrails.
